Sakura

I went to attend at my son's enrollment ceremony of elementary school. It was great cherry-blossom, There are flower patals on wind. Maybe this week is the best week to see sakura.

My company has coffee maker for employees. We can always use it charge free.
It makes coffee and some kinds of tea one by one. It seem good but its taste is not so good. So my boss is saying "I want to change more tasty machine".

cat comes

I bought one kiloglams beef to cook beef stew. I cut beef , celery, onion, carrot and cabbage, and flyed them on frying pan, put them and water into a saucepan, and I stewed.

Then, my cat came around me, so she sit on sink, I thought she wanted to eat that, but she slept. I was wondering that why she come beside me, I know now the place was warm, so it was comfortable for her to take a nap :)

Kejan

I like Korian food. Last weekend, I went to a Liblary near here, then I found new Korian food shop on the way. and I found Kejan. It's law crab dish, little sweet and spicy. When I just began going out with my wife, I wanted to eat Kejan at any cost, I and my wife went to eat Kejan by Taxi in snow.

My wife said, "I cannot forget the snow day".

Kankoku ryouri ga sukidesu. Sennsyumatsu, sobano toshokan ni ikimashita. sono totyu atarashii Kankoku syokuzai ten wo mitsukemashita. soshite Kejan wo mitsukemashita. Kejyan ha nama no kani ryouri desu. chotto amakute karai desu. Tsuma to tsukiai hajimete sugu, doushitemo kejyan ga tabetakunatte, hutaride yukino naka takushi de kejyan wo tabeni ikimashita.

Tuma ha iimasu, "Ano yukinohi ha wasure rarenaine".

Hisashiburi

This week was bad weather, and it was snow before noon today, maybe it's first snow this year.
Maybe my sons had many pleasures at their pre-school, but snow

didN7t lie thick on the ground.



First half of this week, I was token with my colleagues to my welcome party.
The restaurant is a kind of French, it's so tasty that all of us drunk much,
We ware 10 people, wines and champagnes opened.
I think it's too much for general Japanese.


oh, I changed my cell-phone to iphone. That camera's quality is very bad than camera of Japanese cellphone . It's really pity.

gyoza

I like gyoza, sometimes I cook the dish.
But yesterday, I cooked gyoza and gyoza's skin(I don't know skin is good words).
It was the first time to cook gyoza's skin.
The gyoza's skin is only made from bread flour and water.

Gyoza is Chinese dishes, but it's so famous and familiar in Japan.
